embossed copper bookmarks

i was embossing with the cuttlebug when i remembered i had these copper plant tags so...i embossed them and punched a small hole at the end and threaded fibres and/or ribbons. i love how they turned out and thought what a great gift idea.

cuttlebug and angelina fibres

again another attempt at embossing but this time using another technique that involves rubberstamping and a product called angelina fibres. this is a close up to show some of the sparkle of the fibres. here is a link to the use of angelina fibres

i will always enjoy the simplicity of this technique however i went the extra distance and embossed the envelope flap as well

friendship cards

these cards were created in very simple ways ...a little sticker that seemed to just be enough with little need for further embellishment

these images are not traditional colours for christmas however once again i was learning the embossing technique on scrap paper when i thought they actually looked okay i decided to go ahead and use the scraps...remember i do not like to waste.
