while visiting my parent's in windsor, i spent time with my sister, her husband and their energetic granddaughter cloee. we went out on their boat for a relaxing afternoon that lasted until sunset. it felt like a holiday. cloee and i discovered we share a passion for crafting and she spent time making me a picture for my studio.
i was to have left on the monday and cloee did not want me to leave. sadly my dad died on the sunday and i stayed but cloee had made this good bye card and delivered it to me...i can't express how my grief was lifted for a moment when i looked at the card and saw how much detail and positive energy was demonstrated in her artwork. now i truly understand why a hand made card is so special!
