this time it is very delicately embossed paper that i bought at m's on sale maybe seven years ago...but it is so pretty, and i did not want to just use it up, lol!!! crafters know! i used a cutfile to create the scalloped lace edge http://ecdesignstudio.blogspot.com/2010/01/border-punch-cut-files.html . i think it adds a complimentary finish to this card.
